Founder Olivier Spaenlé established Artimont Construction & Remodeling to share his extensive experience developing and remodeling more than 75 properties across the DMV area. As a licensed Realtor with RLAH @properties in Maryland and Virginia, Olivier brings a unique perspective to every project, understanding both the emotional and the investment value of a home.
A native of France and a fluent French speaker, Olivier transitioned to real estate development after a corporate career in finance and general management. His global experience spans Europe, the U.S., and Asia, including living 14 years in Australia and Singapore, before he settled in Bethesda in 2013, the hometown of his wife.
